August Update

Ensemble XII just completed an incredible recording residency...17 pieces in 17 days, including 5 of our Lucerne Festival commissions, and the complete works for percussion by Swiss percussionist/composer Fritz Hauser. Taken all together, these works capture some of the most dazzlingly complex writing for percussion, to the most sublime sonic immersions...in 5.1 surround, of course!
The studio was filled with such beautiful instruments, Steve Schick shaped and conducted the compositions masterfully, and Joe Kucera is a recording wizard! Look for multiple releases from E12 within the year.
Now, moving forward with many exciting LAPQ concerts in the coming weeks!
